First time? Not a problem! Dropping in from out of town, We would love to have you!  Come join our Crossfit classes and see for yourself why so many people love our programming. Come and meet our coaches and members and become part of the community of awesome youth, teens, adults and seniors! 

CLASS TIMES:   Monday Through Friday 

                                             Mornings: 5-6-7-8-9:15 am

                                     Evenings:  4:30-5:30-6:30 pm*

                                     *Friday no 6:30 pm class

                                       Saturday

                                     Mornings Only: 7:00 and 8:00 am

ZION BARBELL is a USAW Affiliate. If you lift on platforms and use kilos, this is your place! At Zion Barbell we are dedicated to training those want to improve their Crossfit movements or become a better competitor at Olympic lifting. Our staff has years of professional experience on the National level.  We cater to all types of athletes from beginners and pros. Learn and perfect your movements in the snatch and clean and jerk.

Our Athlete Programs are designed to help you increase in strength, speed and agility. We do this with an emphasis on weight training with squats, deadlifts, cleans and more.

OPEN GYM

5,000 Square feet of open gym to do weightlifting, strength training, Crossfit,  Powerlifting, Biking, Rowing or Strongman. The gym is all yours from Monday through Friday at 10:30am to 3:30pm.  Saturdays from 9am to 12:30pm.
