CrossFit Zion Coaching Team

REAL COACHING

Experience matters. Attention matters more.

Our coaches teach, correct, scale and guide. They know the programming, know the room, and know that a good coach can change the way an athlete experiences training.

WE TRAIN WITH YOU!

WE DO THE SAME WORKOUTS

Our coaches lift, compete, and suffer right beside you.

The Zion Standard

COACHING SHOULD
CHANGE THE WORKOUT

A coach should do more than start the clock. Good coaching changes how you move, how you scale, how you understand the workout, and how consistently you progress.

01

We Teach

Movement, positions, intent and strategy matter. We explain the why, not just the rep count.

02

We Adjust

Scaling is part of coaching. The goal is the right challenge for the athlete in front of us.

03

We Pay Attention

You should feel seen in class. Good coaching means watching, correcting and knowing when to push or pull back.

Why Coaching Matters

THE PROGRAM IS ONLY
AS GOOD AS THE COACHING

CrossFit can be incredibly effective when the movement, loading and stimulus are right. That is why Zion puts so much weight on coaching — from a new athlete learning their first squat to an experienced athlete trying to get better.
