CrossFit Zion is located on the east side of St. George with a full 6,000-square-foot CrossFit training area, room to lift, move, and train the way CrossFit is supposed to be trained.
Online photos help. The best way to understand Zion is to come see the space, hear a class going, and meet the people in it.

You don’t need to know the jargon, the movements, or already be in shape. That’s what coaching is for.
CrossFit combines strength, conditioning, gymnastics, and functional movement in coached classes. At Zion, workouts are programmed with purpose and adjusted to the athlete in front of us.
That is completely normal. We teach the movements, explain the class flow, and scale the workout so you can start at an appropriate level.
No. Getting fit is the reason to start. You do not need to prepare for CrossFit by doing something else first.
No. Age changes how you should train, not whether you should train. We can adjust loading, volume, range of motion, and movement choices.
Training always carries some risk. Good coaching, appropriate scaling, sound technique, and sensible progression are how we manage that risk.
Tell your coach before class. We can often modify movements around a limitation while preserving the intended training effect. Medical injuries should also be discussed with your healthcare professional.
Scaling means changing the weight, repetitions, range of motion, or movement difficulty so the workout fits your current ability while keeping the same training goal.
Our regular CrossFit classes are designed to fit into a 60-minute coached session, including warm-up, instruction, training, and transitions.
Comfortable training clothes, athletic shoes, and a water bottle are enough. Show up ready to learn and we will handle the rest.
