When you submit a form on this site (free trial, contact, 3D scan, ZION 42 or Health Hub requests) we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, the program you’re interested in and any message you include. Our website platform may also collect standard technical data such as pages visited, device and browser type through cookies and analytics.
We use your information to respond to you, schedule classes, scans and appointments, send information you requested, and improve the website. With your consent we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the gym and website (for example our website, forms, scheduling and payment platforms), or when required by law. Health Hub requests may be shared with the third-party program or licensed provider you ask us to connect you with.
Please do not submit urgent or detailed medical information through this website. The Health Hub request form is for routing and enrollment interest only and is not a medical intake form.
Memberships and passes are purchased through our gym management platform (Wodify), which handles payment details under its own privacy policy.
