Most people do not walk into their first CrossFit class feeling completely comfortable. That’s normal. Here’s what matters.
You do not need to get fit before starting. Training is adjusted to your current ability.
You are not expected to. That’s what coaching is for.
Everyone trains at their own level. The class shares the workout, not the exact load or version.
The fastest way to know is to come experience the room and meet the people.
