CrossFit Zion has been part of Southern Utah since 2011. The workouts matter — but the reason this place lasts is the people, the challenges, the events, the milestones, and the years of showing up together.
One of the biggest things we do all year. Battle of the Breasts is a local 501(c)(3) event created to support Southern Utah women fighting breast cancer. CrossFit brings the energy. The community makes the impact.

Teams, volunteers, judges, sponsors, gyms, families and spectators come together for one purpose: raise money locally and stand beside women in our own community.
One of Zion's best challenges. Ten teams of ten athletes, each led by a coach, compete through a Survivor-inspired series built around teamwork, strategy, fitness and a whole lot of fun.

This is not just another six-week fitness challenge. Athletes are drafted into teams, coaches become team leaders, and the entire gym gets pulled into the competition. Challenges reward fitness, consistency, teamwork and strategy — with the energy of the TV series Survivor brought into CrossFit Zion.

The year has rhythm. Challenges give training a target. Community events give us a reason to show up for something beyond ourselves.

Grab your partners and throw down. A team competition built for every level, with workouts that reward working together.
One of the most important traditions in CrossFit. We train together, honor the sacrifice, and earn the day.
Southern Utah summer. CrossFit Zion energy. A hard day built to be remembered.

Stronger Together
CommunityCommunity is not just big events. It is the ordinary days stacked together — classes attended, PRs earned, people coached, friendships built, and years spent showing up.
We recognize consistency. Hundreds and thousands of classes mean something because they represent years of work that no one can fake.
From a first in-house throwdown to athletes chasing bigger stages, competition gives training purpose and teaches people what they are capable of.
Battle of the Breasts is the clearest example: fitness can be used to make an impact far outside the walls of the gym.
CrossFit Zion did not appear overnight. Years of classes, competitions, road trips, weightlifting meets and community moments built what exists today.

You become part of the room. People know your name. Coaches know your goals. Members notice when you are missing. That is what makes the training stick.
